Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 173 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02339, LINC01727, and KMT5A. Each is linked with NUDT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT4-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT4 results are reported.
