Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,998 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Diadenosine polyphosphate metabolic process, Diadenosine pentaphosphate catabolic process, and Diadenosine hexaphosphate catabolic process. Each is linked with NUDT4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT4-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT4 results are reported.
