NUDT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,444 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARCN1, WRNIP1, and CBR4. Each is linked with NUDT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT3-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT3 versus ARCN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
