NUDT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP265, MTATP6P14, and FGF21. Each is linked with NUDT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT3-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP265 grouped by NUDT3-low versus NUDT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
