Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT22 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT22 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NUDT22 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, CESC, and PCPG are the cancer types where NUDT22 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
