Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,151 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alditol biosynthetic process, GDP-mannose metabolic process, and Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with NUDT22 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT22-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT22 results are reported.
