Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,982 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUDT22-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITPNM1, AFMID, and SPR. Each is linked with NUDT22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT22-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT22 versus PITPNM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT22→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
