NUDT22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT22-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, RPL35P9, and MIR515-2. Each is linked with NUDT22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT22-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6515 grouped by NUDT22-low versus NUDT22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT22→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
