Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT21 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT21 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NUDT21 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT21 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUSC, and MESO are the cancer types where NUDT21 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
