Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT21-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, RNA5SP414, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with NUDT21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT21-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT21 results are reported.
