Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,208 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Protein localization to chromosome, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with NUDT21 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT21-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT21 results are reported.
