Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NUDT2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where NUDT2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
