NUDT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,779 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBAP2, ARPP19, and MYO1G. Each is linked with NUDT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT2-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT2 versus UBAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
