NUDT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,273 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are APTX, DCTN3, and BAG1. Each is linked with NUDT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT2-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT2 versus APTX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
