Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUDT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP42P3, GYG1P2, and MTCO3P17. Each is linked with NUDT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT2-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP42P3 grouped by NUDT2-low versus NUDT2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
