Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT18 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher NUDT18 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and CESC are the cancer types where NUDT18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
