Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with NUDT17 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT17-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT17 results are reported.
