NUDT15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,707 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RB1, SUGT1, and GTF2F2. Each is linked with NUDT15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT15-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT15 versus RB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
