Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,823 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUDT15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUCLA2, EXOSC8, and POLR1D. Each is linked with NUDT15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT15-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT15 versus SUCLA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
