Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT14 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher NUDT14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and PRAD are the cancer types where NUDT14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
