NUDT13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,922 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF518A, RUFY2, and EDRF1. Each is linked with NUDT13 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT13-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT13 versus ZNF518A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
