Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT12 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher NUDT12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, COAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where NUDT12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
