Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT12 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT12 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher NUDT12 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and COAD show a favorable association.

CCRCC, COAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where NUDT12 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
