NUDT12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,033 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCCC2, GFM2, and MACIR. Each is linked with NUDT12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT12-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT12 versus MCCC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
