NUDT12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASC6, KRTAP3-4P, and LINC02559. Each is linked with NUDT12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT12-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASC6 grouped by NUDT12-low versus NUDT12-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
