Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,826 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NAD-cap decapping, Protein targeting to lysosome, and Protein targeting to vacuole. Each is linked with NUDT12 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT12-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT12 results are reported.
