Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,371 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS3, FKBP7, and RBM47. Each is linked with NUDT11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT11-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT11 results are reported.
