Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,417 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Diadenosine polyphosphate metabolic process, DNA-templated transcription elongation, and Mitotic spindle organization. Each is linked with NUDT11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT11-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT11 results are reported.
