Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NUDT10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LGG, and SKCM are the cancer types where NUDT10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
