NUDT10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,414 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, SGCE, and CALD1. Each is linked with NUDT10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT10-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT10 versus ISLR in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
