NUDT10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,148 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLDN, HERC2P2, and FKBP1A. Each is linked with NUDT10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT10-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT10 versus GLDN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
