Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,412 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Meiotic cell cycle, and Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication. Each is linked with NUDT1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT1-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT1 results are reported.
