NUDCD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDCD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,075 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVL9, MRPL32, and TMED4. Each is linked with NUDCD3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDCD3-to-partner and partner-to-NUDCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDCD3 versus AVL9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
