NUDCD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDCD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, JNK2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with NUDCD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDCD3-to-partner and partner-to-NUDCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by NUDCD3-low versus NUDCD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
