Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDCD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,613 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OGDH, URGCP, and CCM2. Each is linked with NUDCD3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDCD3-to-partner and partner-to-NUDCD3 results are reported.
