Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDCD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,540 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDCD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with NUDCD3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDCD3-to-partner and partner-to-NUDCD3 results are reported.
