NUDCD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,259 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDCD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2, POP1, and MRTO4. Each is linked with NUDCD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDCD1-to-partner and partner-to-NUDCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDCD1 versus ATAD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
