NUDCD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,850 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RECQL4, ENY2, and TONSL. Each is linked with NUDCD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDCD1-to-partner and partner-to-NUDCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDCD1 versus RECQL4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
