Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 520 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKOR2, PRAMEF4, and CBY1. Each is linked with NUDCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDCD1-to-partner and partner-to-NUDCD1 results are reported.
