Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDC data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher NUDC Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC are the cancer types where NUDC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
