Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUCB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,397 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUCB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC1, POLR1E, and COPB2. Each is linked with NUCB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCB2-to-partner and partner-to-NUCB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUCB2 versus PRRC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUCB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUCB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
