Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUCB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,962 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUCB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, TXNDC11, and SEC11C. Each is linked with NUCB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCB2-to-partner and partner-to-NUCB2 results are reported.
