Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUCB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,595 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUCB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1E1P2, LINC01363, and RNA5SP393. Each is linked with NUCB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCB2-to-partner and partner-to-NUCB2 results are reported.
