Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUCB1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUCB1 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NUCB1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUCB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

STAD, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where NUCB1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
