NUCB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUCB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,898 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUCB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H3, PARP4, and PARP4_T101. Each is linked with NUCB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUCB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUCB1 versus P3H3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUCB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUCB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
