Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUCB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 971 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL831P, RNU1-150P, and SNORD90. Each is linked with NUCB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUCB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL831P grouped by NUCB1-low versus NUCB1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUCB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUCB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
