Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUCB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Cyclin-B1, and GATA6. Each is linked with NUCB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUCB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NUCB1-low versus NUCB1-high in UCEC.
