Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUCB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,522 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUCB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane protein proteolysis, Glycoprotein catabolic process, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with NUCB1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUCB1 results are reported.
