Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUCB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC5, OR10K2, and PABPC1L2B. Each is linked with NUCB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCB1-to-partner and partner-to-NUCB1 results are reported.
