Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUBPL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUBPL data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher NUBPL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUBPL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where NUBPL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
